"I don’t usually write reviews online, especially negative. However I had attempted to retrieve an emergency prescription from this chemist and the man stated he was locked out of the 111 system and therefore cannot give me my prescription, he was very unhelpful and could only tell me to call 111 again to try find another nearby pharmacy."

"I've used this pharmacy for more than 6 years. The chemist is usually indifferent but not unpleasant but this occasion I was rudely asked to present a NHS number then asked to go back to the GP to verify a prescription that was sent electronically. He then asked me to spell out my last name which was already clearly written on the piece of paper with my DOB. To my astonishment he asked me if I usually pay for my prescriptions. I was too weak to even respond. Promptly paid for my items and left. Seriously reconsider using this chemist again. I don't like being unwell and it rarely happens but when I am unwell and unable to speak clearly, I don't expect healthcare professionals to be so unprofessional. Opening my prescription, I noticed one capsule was opened. Upon reading additional comments. I recognize that there is a definite behavioural pattern that is unacceptable. I'll be reporting this incident further."
