"I waited in a queue of 4 people and after 10 mins where 2 different members of staff didn’t even acknowledge us I left and went elsewhere. At that pharmacy I was in and out within 60 seconds. When I drove past Lloyds approx 30 mins after I had gone in only then did I see the person who was queuing in front of me leaving. I wouldn’t have minded so much If staff had acknowledged we were there and apologised. There is a handwritten sign saying there are delays due to staff shortages but to stand there for so long ignored was unacceptable and I won’t be returning."

"Terrible, terrible service. Let down 3 months in a row now. Failure to get stock of medication before I ran out (which I cannot manage without), failure to contact me to advise me of problems (even when promised they would) and even failure to release prescriptions so that I could get at another chemist - even though they assured me they had done it! Also often randomly closed - even when they are not meant to be. Always an excuse. All in all I have wasted hours and hours in dealing with this branch so have now moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Avoid at all costs."

"I've been visiting this pharmacy for years for my repeat prescriptions. I'm always kept waiting even though prescriptions are sent via GP directly. I try to call to see if the prescription is ready but no one answers the phone. It's very frustrating when this happens on every visit. I give them over a week to collect and there are still issues. A few years ago they took my mobile number so they could contact me when my prescriptions are ready but I don't receive any messages. When queueing is normal to hear customers being told medications are not in stock. I don't think I have ever collected a prescription quickly or smoothly. I chose to move to another pharmacy not too far away."

"Would give zero if possible. We booked online weeks ago to have supervised covid tests at this pharmacy, needed before we could go on holiday. Had two confirmation emails, one a reminder the day before. Arrived at set time and place was closed up, despite being advertised open. Utterly unprofessional. Have had to dash across North London to find another pharmacy who could help at no notice."

"should be minus stars visited four times to collect my repeat prescription was never ready or the place was closed,on fourth time and after arguing I was asked to wait for half an hour to be told 20 minutes later that they dont have my medicine in stock and I would have to come back another day,took my prescription and went elsewhere,picked up my medicine within a minute. this place was bad enough before but now its a discrace and should be closed down by the department of health. everyone i spoke to there had a similar experiance. i think the staff are given training in rudeness and non customer care for that they get 5 stars."
