"I had never used this pharmacy before but I needed to start my prescription as soon as possible and they were the nearest. I asked for a little water to take a tablet and was shocked to be told that the only water I could have was to buy a bottle! I have often in the past needed to start a course of treatment as soon as possible but I have never before been refused a little water. I went across the road to the pub who were only too happy to give me some water in order to take a tablet. I would warn any customers to this pharmacy they only want to make as much as they can out of their customers rather than do their best by them. No doubt had I need the use of any emergency equipment they had, I am sure they would have been there with a card reader to charge me as soon as they could. Kindness is more important than money."

"Avoid at all costs. Horrible experience, worst customer service in UK in 7 years. Personnel not only slow, but also rude. Do you want to buy a medicine but also for free get offended and ruin your day? Then this is your place. I waited 10 mins for my tablets instead of normal 30 seconds. When I paid I asked the price and the response I got is "the price is the price. If a medicine costs £1000 you pay £1000." Very professional!"
