"Had a pretty shocking experience at this pharmacy. I had called up the pharmacy with a suspected UTI asking if they offered a testing and treatment service. They confirmed that they did - they offered a test for £20 and if positive they would provide a subscription for antibiotics. I also asked about the price of the subscription - the lady I spoke to said she wasn’t sure but was quite dismissive as though it wasn’t going to be an issue. Upon purchasing a kit from them and testing positive I came in for the prescription. I was then told it would cost £75 (!!!) for a prescription to be written, and there would be a separate unspecified charge on top of this for the medicine itself. I can only guess how much this could be! Speechless, I thanked the staff and left. I am severely out of pocket for a useless UTI test, and still in pain and misery. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy. If you can’t stump up in excess of a £100 quid for a UTI treatment, avoid this place like the plague."
