"Would not recommend the blood testing service at all. Despite attempts by one of the staff to make the experience more or less professional, I do not believe formal training was received in order to take blood. I stood while waiting for my blood to poor from my finger into 2 deposits. My finger was not disinfected and was bleeding onto the table. Overtly I was almost advised to have ordered a home kit, I wish I did."
"I had a delightful experience at this pharmacy, one of the best in London I say! The dispensing time was rapid, the pharmacist was vastly knowledgeable akin to mother Theresa in the manner he healed me of my ailments. And do not get me started on the dashing counter assistant, he had to ask for my name and address and I could barely utter a word I was so taken aback by his calm nature and his painfully handsome looks, he found my prescription in little to no time and sent me on my way with the feeling that "everything will be okay". I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone in the world, ill or not."
"Pitiful customer service from the pharmacist , who was rude and reluctant to please . I’d often have to wait for medication to be delivered sometimes the next day but often entire weekends , which on Bank Holidays is unacceptable. I am housebound but live a stones throw away from their location. It takes less than 5 minutes to deliver but once the short delivery window is closed they will not deliver . No willingness to please or be helpful whatsoever. I’m not surprised their delivery people don’t stay for long ! I am now with Orbis Pharmacy on the high street and there is a stark contrast between them . Within an hour of receiving a prescription the item was delivered . They take minutes , literally minutes to respond as opposed the days or weekends . Goodbye moody Kamsons , hello Orbis Pharmacy. Best decision ever !"
