"I don't understand the negative comments. The male pharmacist is incredibly attentive, as is the female who works at the counter. The gentleman I usually interact with is also nothing but helpful. They are all very kind. I have however been sat there waiting for a prescription (no fault of pharmacy, but GP) and witnessed rude behaviour by customers so perhaps that accounts for some of these negative reviews..."
