I have been using this pharmacist for 2 years now after having so many problems with other pharmacists and to date Richard and Curtis has given me a very positive experience. The staff here are amazing, friendly, kind, caring and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond their duties especially in this current pandemic. My prescriptions are automatically delivered by them and they all ensure my repeat prescriptions are put through automatically which is incredibly helpful and they always contact me should any problems arise and help me to get the medication i require for anyone in my family. Honestly this pharmacist is exceptional, they go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure you receive a positive experience and I would highly recommend this chemist to anyone! Since the takeover by new pharmacists who kept the original name of the practice, the standards of both professionalism and customer service have been nothing short of exceptional. Attention to detail is vital for the myriad of medications, treatments, medical conditions and health issues that they need to manage every day. They do this very well and always seem to manage a smile too. This is a rare experience for me in London and I have no reservations in recommending them for advice, treatments and products."

"GREAT SERVICE! ! I came in on a Saturday, last minute after work when the pharmacy was closing up. The staff were so nice as to open the pharmacy just to let me in so I can get the pharmacist’s advice on my conjunctivitis, I bought the antibiotics eye drops and started the treatment that day without delay. I appreciate the fact that they prioritised my medical needs over going home or anything else.Thank you! Keep it up! Definitely recommend this pharmacy."
