"Worst pharmacy EVER!! Every time I prescribe my prescription here, it has always some how never been received or never have my items in stock. Poor customer service, clearly don’t like black people. The sales adviser always switches her style of service every-time she serves me. Which is rude and aggressive, I will not be coming back!!"

"The smell of disinfectant gave me a headache, on top of the one I already have! Unfortunately, asking me to wait 15 minutes to check if something is in stock is not appropriate with nowhere to sit when one is experiencing dizzy spells and seeking medication for it. I assume one has a computer to check this in a matter of moments? Here's the outcome for poor systems - tip for all readers - go to Kensington Pharmacy - never had to wait. RESPONSE TO OWNER: Prioritising your reply to focus on an overuse of disinfectant rather than the service aspect of my comment speaks volumes :) You get 5 stars for arrogance."
