"Had a most bizarre and unpleasant experience with an unfriendly, patronising senior member of staff, who went out of her way to make me feel uncomfortable for asking a refund for an overpriced medicine and to avoid refunding me in the end (successfully! I DID NOT get my money back!). Highly unprofessional, condescending and unhelpful, as well as clearly untrained to use the register and credit card machine- she did not know how to process a refund. Neither did a junior member of staff. Surely- that should come under basic staff training. Is it too much to expect a friendly attitude from a 'community pharmacist' as some here describe it? And to not be ripped off for basics too? To be avoided at all cost."
