"I was always pleased with this chemist and happy with them just turned off today with rude pharmacist an Indian woman.First I gave her my date of birth she looked at me and said you looked so old.I decided i would never answer her .I am not lowerig my standards. That nation have no respect to black people I will never go back there again.I went for my prescription she handed me the medication I read it and realised that the instructions was not on the container .She's telling me it 6 capsules I said to her how do I take it ?its on the container .I read it out what was written take as been priscribed no instructions was given. .She then realised and say oh sorry . She maybe the owner or what she needs to do a heath and safety course don't dip your finger on your tongue then searching for patience prescription it's unhygienic. Very Rude behaviour."

"Collected and PAID for my prescription in April. Received a penalty charge notice for £100 today from the NHS saying I tried to claim exception. When to the chemist to be told they know I paid but don’t keep accounting records therefore can’t give me a record of transaction. What they do not understand a business is required to keep ALL accounting transactions for tax purposes!! Not only are are lying they are committing FRAUD!! If I didn’t have proof a paid on my bank statement I would screwed and left to pay fine. Word of advise never pay in cash, even better do not use their services. Stealing from sick people is disgusting!! Why if I was an old or in a vulnerable situation. These people have no compassion or duty of care. Money grabbing!!"
