"I have been going to Hendon Pharmacy for years. All the staff in the shop are super-helpful. Prescriptions are filled efficiently and accurately. If a mistake has been made by my surgery, the pharmacist is always happy to contact them directly to sort it out. The shop has a large range of products and if you want to buy something they don't have, they will almost invariably be happy to order it in for you. I am really happy to have such an efficient and friendly pharmacy so close to where I live. Thank you all :)"

"Great customer service and extremely helpful. My prescription was efficiently prepared, which is a great help during this pandemic period. The pharmacy opens promptly. During covid most pharmacies were closing early due to the pandemic this is not the fault of people working hard for our NHS during such a difficult time. We need to be kinder and respectful to those who are there to help us. Also want to add that I needed medicine from a private prescription and the pharmacy's prices were extremely competetive compared to many other pharmacies or online alternatives."

"This place does not care about the patients and the pharmacy does not check the amount for each prescription per person. Those people are unprofessional when it comea tp serving the customers. It is not just one person that happens with their prescription but they are doing it with each and every person. The counter who actually checks the prescription does not even read or write in English and the maths is not that great when it come to the amount of the medicine that each person is taking. The review date is not the updated version that they should be using for e.g the review date on my mother's medicine was 05 July 2018 and my father's review date was 06 June 2018. I would advise you that you should not visit that pharmacy because they do not how to treat the customers. Just up the road there is another pharmacy which opposite to the tesco express and that pharmacy is doing the same situation with the customers by not giving the right amount of the medicine which is prescribed on the prescription. Still no required maths and English. I feel that the person who is the management of the pharmacy their licence should be cancelled because they do not how to treat the customers properly and they are not making sure that there should be the right amount of the medicine."

"Near me there are two pharmacies and quite a while ago I decided to make Hendon Pharmacy my goto place for prescriptions etc., even though it is twice as far for me as the other one. The reasons are primarily because of the service I receive but, also, I find the staff to be warm & friendly and very knowledgeable. To be quite honest, I read through some of the other reviews for this pharmacy and felt that they were talking about somewhere else. Hendon Pharmacy is by far the very best pharmacy in the area."
