"Just claim that items are endlessly out of stock with "suppliers" despite selling the same product on the shelves prices individually. I thiink my NHS prescription didn't make them enugh money. They ended up telling me to get the items at a private pharmacy. They lie and are the worst customer service."

"I do not think they deserve one star. Vey incompetent staff. I went this morning to collect my son's prescription. They were totally lost. All staff confused. The lady looked like the senior member answered vaguely and give me very unsatisfactory answer. BOOTS SHOULD INVESTIGATE AND EITHER CLOSE OR DISMISS THIS UGLY/ILLETRATE STAFF."

"Less than worthless place. - ∞ rating if I could. Absolutely appalling customer service and shocking levels of incompetence without so much an apology. Worst customer service we have ever come across. To any potential customers, take heed to the reviews and stay far far away. This place needs a serious overhaul if it is to be functional.
