"When you arrive at 12.57 and on the door all of a sudden it says they close between 1 and 2pm and they won’t let you in to pick up your medicine while they see you standing! You should tell that on your website so people don’t travel all the way from work to get there. Such bad service."

"do not have your flu jab here, the guy administering them is clearly not very skilled, he poked me about 8 times an couldnt find the right spot: not surprising as he was trying almost at the top of my shoulder, he also complained my muscle was really hard (if only!)and the needle couldnt get in. i was really sore immediately after the jab and a couple of hours later i cant move my arm at all. to be avoided at all costs!"

"The staff are nice but, dear God, they are so INCREDIBLY SLOW!!! if you’re lucky you’ll get your medication in 20 minutes. Even when there is absolutely no one around they will takeA minimum of 20 minutes to give you the medication. I just don’t understand what the problem is. Only use this pharmacy as it’s the local one, and it’s been like this for at least a decade."
