"After going to collect prescription which I received as emergency from 111 I spend literally one hour outside because they had break where you don't have any informations about this, no on website, nowhere. So I spend time with fever waiting that rude lady gonna open door to find out that my prescription is not even ready and spend another 15 minutes waiting for chating and chilling ladies to do their job. I can see there is quite a lot negative comments so I think someone should do something with this, it's not way how you work with customers."

"The worst Boots I have ever been to. Manager and staff are very rude. Someone should investigate it as the reviews left by customers should be a priority. To manny unsatisfied customers, you could just tell by looking at the customers reviews left."

"My brother got to the store to collect a prescription at 6.24 (they shut at 6.30) for a severe toothache. Was told very abruptly they cannot help as they’re already cashing up, but took the prescription anyway. Started questioning the address and why it’s taken him 2 weeks to collect the prescription, honestly it felt like an interrogation. Was told he cannot pay and to come back tomorrow, without any explanation. This in itself took over 10 minutes due to the cashier being so dramatic. I told the cashier she was being ridiculous and requested the prescription back, to which I was told I am being abusive, which was not the case. In the time the cashier spent arguing with us, she could’ve just processed the prescription. 15 minutes later, she bizarrely decided she wouldn’t return the prescription and decided to process it anyway. Could have just done that in the first place during the stores opening hours. Would avoid at all costs, unless you want your an interrogation whilst having ear chewed off for no reason whatsoever.."

"Shocking service to be honest! Staff members at the back unnecessarily chatting away whilst listening to music. Very unprofessional. On numerous occasions, I've been given the wrong prescription after a long of time of waiting before finally getting the correct one! This was only done after insisting on staff double checking despite them saying this is "all they have" for me at the moment. Some more thoroughness/attention to detail and professionalism in staff would be welcome for this pharmacy!"

"Disaster! They don't know the value of persons life, don't know the meaning of emergency. I am not happy to give single star. The way they talk feel me like I am criminal. Patient suffering from severe headache and we called them for medication, they should tell us that we don't have medication, you can go somewhere else to collect if it's emergency. But, they provide only one medication. I called other boots pharmacy for 1 more medication but, they said by policy we can not release your prescription. Don't know what kind of laws n policies they follow.. if they don't have medication & If you can't help patients in emergency then please close the pharmacy. Such a horrible experience I had."
