Domino's Pizza - Bristol - Redfield

"Terrible, spoiled our evening. When ordering the pizza's the app said 22-25 minutes. It took over 2 hours for the pizza's to arrive. Took nearly an hour being 'quality controlled' & then an hour for delivery, even though we are only 4 minutes away. We contact the shop twice & were fobbed off with "it is out for delivery". If you had told the truth about delivery we would not have bothered & would have gone elsewhere & this is probably the reason that you lie about expected delivery time. The driver then lied & said he had tried to phone, no missed calls!! When the food did arrive is was barely warm & had to be microwaved. Not what we wanted or expected. Very poor, will not be using again."

"In the past few times delivery gas been awful. Estimated delivery time shows 23-28 mins. App say pizza delivered (after like 1 hr)when actually it isn't , after many try phoning the store ,they say it has been dispatched and received by driver. Few minutes later driver turned up saying he only left store 3 mins earlier. From order to delivery it took over 1.5 hrs. Second time, same thing, apart from they pick up the phone for first try. After ordering 1hr ago, we're still waiting and hungry. Kids are very disappointed as it was supposed tobbe a treat night for them."

"While I found the staff really friendly and helpful and it is not their fault, I have continuously been disappointed by the vegan pizza I have ordered here. I am sorry, but have you actually ever tried how this vegan cheese tastes??? Last time I tried Dominos' vegan pizza a few years ago, it was terrible. Today I thought I am going to give it a try again, maybe they have changed it by now, but AGAIN, it was absolutely awful. I had to stop after 2 slices. Sorry but you have no idea about vegan food. How can you offer this to anyone????Just going to go back to Papa John's again."

"Sadly reviews don't go lower than 1 star. Ordered a pizza and was quoted roughly 30 mins delivery time. Fine. I'm writing this review 2 hours later. I'm hungry and my pizza isn't here. What a waste of a night and my money. I am thoroughly disappointed and would suggest no one order from this store."

"Sadly I cannot give this place a good review! The only good thing was the pizza tasted good. We ordered and the tracking said it was in quality check for around half an hour before changing to out for delivery. It was out for delivery for a further half and hour or so even though it’s a 5 min drive from me. The wait for this was totally unacceptable. The pizza arrived barely warm. I would suggest looking at an alternative to dominoes these days. The TV add suggests pizza will be delivered very quickly, sadly this is a complete lie. I don’t think I will be using dominoes in the future."
