"Worst customer service i have ever come across, workers will lie to just get you off the phone. Ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to come and when i rang after 45 minutes they told me drivers on the way and they would be with me any minute i waited for 30 more minutes then the pizza turnt up. It was stone cold due to the fact and the person making the pizzas is so inconsiderate the pizza was not even cut into slices. I called and the only thing they said is we are now shut so cannot help you. Avoid this branch."

"On July 23rd i placed an oder via the app and it said it was delivered, but the driver never came or didn't bother to ring. I called the store to be put on hold for 5 minutes after I explain to the first person what happened and then a girl picks up and answer the phone as if I was a new customer, I explained to her the situation she said she would call the driver and then call me back, which she never did. I raised a complain within the app and got email exchange with the area manager they said I would get a refund withing 3 to 5 working days, I'm still waiting by the time I have wrote this review. Very disappointed with customer services from this store."

"Literally got the wrong pizzas after over 40 mins. Tried calling 4 times so far with no one answering. Tempted to order a pizza and shut the door on the delivery guy (who gave me a weird look as if he knew) Update: the customer service team has failed to resolve this after 4 days. Turns out their system doesn't accept email replies. I've managed to contact Dominos Fishponds directly. They've essentially called me a liar and said I should have contacted them the next. Interesting that he wouldn't even take my order number."

"Epic pizza... extremely poor customer service. Ordered last night at 722pm. Waited until 810pm for them to arrive. One pizzas topping had literally fallen off into the box. I asked for a replacement. At 915 a replacement came... opened it with the driver - same again the topping was off the edge. 925pm finally my pizza arrived. This is the second time it has happened at this store. Last time I rang and the manager had a go at me when I politely asked how long for a replacement. When I asked her to not shout she told me to not tell her how to do her role. Really disappointed."
