"Visited on Saturday evening during half term and it was particularly packed. The manager moved things around and gave us a really nice table. Service was really good and food amazing as usual."

"Stumbled across this little gem whilst visiting the hippodrome. We were not disappointed wow what a fabulous lunch service was fast and staff helpful and friendly . Beth the manager and hannah the waitress were very helpful bringing us the delicious pizzas prepared by hand fresh to order by the talented chef Nye. Honestly could not fault our food. Will definitely be visiting again soon 5 stars well done guys x"

"Food was great but I was disappointed with customer service. The most senior looking staff looked stressed out, we waited for a long time even though many tables were available. He didn't even acknowledge us while we waited. The only reason we stayed was because children wanted to eat pizza. Children's pizza didn't arrive with my "bite" which I didn't realise it was a starter but it was the only thing I ordered. When I asked, I was just told "but you didn't ask to arrive together" and children was really grumpy by then. So, sadly, I had to finish my food before their pizza arrived, and I had nothing while they ate pizza."

"Great food and atmosphere. Reasonably priced and the service was great. The only reason didn't get a higher rating was because a toddler (assuming it was member of staff's because they all knew her) was jumping on a table top, walking on it, putting cutlery/glasses in her mouth etc. It was very noisy as a result and the staff didn't change any of the items the child had in its mouth."
