"This hut doesn't have any of its own drivers, they outsource it to deliveroo (not that they tell you that in advance). When something goes wrong with your order, they're not able to get in touch with the driver or arrange a redelivery and wouldn't even refund me. When I called, the guy on the phone's only advice was for me to order from another pizza place. I had to wait a week for the head office team to return my money and didn't even get a voucher for my trouble, so I essentially lent them £35 for a week."

"DO NOT ORDER Absolute joke of a shop. 2hours after ordering I've had to come to the shop myself. Did not go out for delivery for 1hr 40mins. Shop stopped answering my calls. I get to the shop, woman with a bad attitude tells me I didn't answer he text so she gave up delivering, couldn't find an address on a main road with instructions provided. At time of writing waiting for order to be remade. I intend to get full refund also. Night ruined."

"First time trying it in the UK- Got a delivery from Pizza Hut. Was quite disappointed, didn't have the usual "Pizza Hut" quality (as in other places). The pizza itself was ok. Chicken wings (BBQ) had a weird taste, didn't like it."
