"Down right disgusting!!! Took over an hour and half to deliver although I was informed maximum 40 minutes. When my partner called after 1 hour of waiting they told her its on its way. Once delivered to my disbelief every bit of my food arrived cometely burnt black, dried out, cold and rock solid ( 2x pizzas, garlic bread, onion rings, soggy chips) Absolute disgrace and waste of £20, they should be ashamed presenting food like this I wouldn't even feed to my dog!!! I'd include photos if I knew how.."
