"Shocking. While writing this my friends and I have been waiting over an hour and a half for our food, rang up over 20 minutes ago and all they could say is “your pizzas will be with you within 2-3 minutes” it’s been over 30 minutes now and we still haven’t received our food, been calling for over 10 minutes with no response however when we did finally get an answer there was no-one at the other end; just background noise of people talking. Completely unacceptable."
"I see that a lot of people in the reviews are complaining about the delivery service. This is why I collected my order and it was nothing more but the best. It was ready after 15 mins and it was pumping hot when I picked it up. Being a 10 mins drive, it all worth it. The pizza itself was delicious as always! PS. About the complainant that they don’t pick their phone up, when I collected my order there were only two member of staff (one making the pizza and one on the ovens, which also happened to be covering and the front staff role as well, there were no drivers, either."
