"Been shopping here every day for 3 years, spoken to staff and surcurity on many occasions. Popped in today to grab my tortoise some salad but they did not have the one he normally eats. When leaving i was accused of shoplifting by the surcurity. Atleast have some sort of evidence for suspicion before harassing customers."

"Two security guards standing by the door, one unmasked, you have to walk past both with no social distancing to enter the store. Both self serve checkouts broken and only one staff member on the till. Awful."

"In the immortal words of Joe Pesci "These guys could [beep] up a cup of coffee." If you get your quickshop order for tonight's dinner fulfilled by these guys, you WILL end up walking to the corner shop for some (in stock) ingredient(s) they picked, billed you for and somehow forgot to pack. They've got about a 50% success rate on fulfilling orders (of in stock items) over the 10 or so orders I put through them before I've flipped the table and rage quitted over to Iceland's next day instead. How, HOW.. do you constantly mess up orders of less than 10 items?!"

"A Terrible shop. Avoid at all costs! The queue is always huge. I have been charged twice for the same shop multiple times, there might be some scam going on here. Products are often mis-priced and about half the items in the shop have no associated price information. The self checkout machines do not work, even the staff advise against trying to use them. The products themselves are frequently out of date, so can't be sold once you get to the til. I have bought items on more than one occasion that have been opened already and have had to bin. I would return items and complain but the queue is always so slow and painful it's not worth the time."
