"So disappointed with this store. Every time I go to collect my parcels using the click & collect point. It always seems like they don’t have enough staff or they are just not prioritising this service. Today after waiting 20 minutes I asked a staff member to help me, she said she’d go get my parcels straight away only for her to go get my parcels and other customers at the same time and started handed them out before serving me even though I’d been waiting 20 minutes and I was before them. The click & collect service is meant to be a quick and easy way to get your order. Unfortunately this never seems to be the case in this store. This isn’t the first time this has happened."
