So why the hell did you say no so quickly last time! Maddening."

"let me start off by saying these estate agents are not even worth the compulsory 1 star rating in order to post the review.. I was renting a property of theirs and a leak occurred, I called them to report the leak and the employee I spoke to was very reluctant to do anything about it, I the tenant was expected to do the running around. The next day I had heard nothing from them and nothing had been done because who I spoke to "had not left any notes" - oh that's OK then. Whilst the property continues to deteriorate it took them over a week to act on a major leak which made the property I rented inhabitable. They only began to act once I got in touch with citizens advice and found out my rights. Needless to say I had to vacate the property - they offered no compensation, not even an apology. It was even a struggle to get them to release my deposit. Beware!"
