"My wife and I have been staying here for 2 years now coming up to 3. Besides being in an ideal location, one of the main reasons for our renewal is the great reception staff and building management team who are available 24/7. Maddie in particular has been looking after us ever since we moved in and I wouldn't be wrong in saying that we may have moved by now if it wasn't for her support. Maddy is proactive, and always manages to find an effective resolve to issues we have faced during our stay. My wife and I are grateful to know we can turn to her for any issues and this definitely gives you a sense of peace at mind; it makes all the difference!"
