"I would never ever recommend this agent to anyone. I would like to make a formal complaint against ‘Darren’ concerning a visit at 18:00 on 23.11.20. I am immensely disappointed and frustrated by the way he talked/treated us, and this shows how disrespectful your team member is towards your client who contributes towards your wages. This unprofessional behavior has also left me in a very uncomfortable position with other parties who are also involved in this process with or on behave of me. Majority of the time he was on a phone, very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I am surprise, he is still in the business."

"I came across home from home just over 2 years ago, when i was interested in a 2 bedroom flat in the broadfields area, i was shown round the property and loved it instantly. The next moring i decided to call home from home and register my interest and start the process. The process was very smooth and easy and fabulous communication between the office and myself. My landlord came to meet with me before i moved in to the property,and what a lovely gentleman he was and was a massive help in the 2 years me and my family were with home from home. I have only moved due to a change in my circumstances but cant recommend home from home highly enough! professional throughout my tenancy and any issues that did arise where dealt with quickly and efficiently and preofessionally. Just renewed the contract and again painless, everything was sorted well in advance of the end of contract so that decisions could be made not rushed.
