"AVOID this place, very bad management. NO HOT WATER OVER TWO MONTHS. They said it's been fixed, but I still have the same problem. No hot water during the night, no stable warm water if you shower, it keep changing cold and warm. And the people live here will steal your parcels. Thieves live next to you."

"Avoid this place. DON’T RENT HERE!!!!!!!No hot water at all. They sent someone saying they will fix it, but now it’s over two months. Nobody show up to fix it. I had to shower in cold water."

"AVOID!!! DON'T RENT HERE. It's been over one month now, I still don't have any hot water in the flat. No fixing, but charged me £172 for the hot water bills? I reported the issue so many times, no one sort it out. I have to keep the water running for hours to get some lukewarm water for my freezing shower at the midnight. Why should I pay for something that doesn't exist? Don’t rent here. I had hot water issues many times and never get fixed and they still charged me £150 for hot water. Such a joke and also you are living with thieves in the building. Very bad place."

Regarding rental availability, I tried contacting the company via phone and email indicated on the website, but I did not get a prompt response. I even mailed to a few of the guest experience managers but no response If there is a location or phone number to call, do let me know."
