"Current resident, you’re paying a seriously premium price for a sub standard service… Prepare to be ignored by management on serious issues, apartments that are not clean AND damaged when you move in, I’ve had to have maintenance fix so many issues when I first moved in, this should be done before the resident moves in! Management will also try and charge you anyway they can, even if it’s not legal. If you like smoking, this is a great place, lots of people smoke out of their windows, I don’t, my apartment stunk of it during summer when the windows needed to be kept open, also a lot of smoking happening in doorways, again, nothing gets done, no consideration. For the price I wouldn’t recommend. Some of the cleaners, maintenance, security and reception are really nice and helpful, management aren’t though, if you have an issue you’ll have to pester them for even a response. 10/10 AVOID"

"This is a fantastic development. I am only a couple weeks in, but I do really like how they get things done, and more importantly, the ethos behind the development. Special mention goes to Eve Tolbert. During our registration and move in process, she took her time to make sure we had as much help as possible. Where I made mistakes, she wouldn’t just send an e-mail telling me how to correct it, she would also call. And she is mighty patient. Some things I got wrong up to 3 times, but she patiently helped me each time, without a single frown. Thank you Eve for that. A day after moving in, I bumped into another couple..and we got talking. They also said that Eve was so helpful to them too. So it seems it wasn’t only me. I know people don’t work in isolation - therefore, thank you the entire Greenford Quay team. And thank you Eve."

"Hi Just about to move-in. They need to work on the customer experience as they don't pick calls or respond quickly to mails. We were forced to visit the office. Once we met lovely Eve, she took up our case and was extremely helpful. We actually wanted to turn down the offer at some point. Eve made the difference!! She is quick to respond, advise, guide and always ready to ensure we resolve issues. She is simply the best and would recommend her to anyone looking at the apartments."
