Travelodge Dagenham

"I pop into Travelodge and ask if I can buy a cup of hot water for a lemsip and they say no as I'm not staying in the hotel. I've often bought food and drinks from the bat in other Travelodge Hotels in London with no problems. So why am I refused to buy a cup of hot water, your Aldgate Hotel has given it to me before. Bad customer service. I run a tourist business and we do use your hotels but not any more, that has cost you alot of lost business from my company."

"the carpet in the lift area was dirty, the carpet in the 4th floor corridor was dirty, the carpet in room 411 was dirty, the ceiling in the 4th floor corridor was also dirty, the duvet had a yellow stain, all dirt is probably mold"

"I was staying here for almost 6 months until I was thrown out. I came back to the hotel to find my property in the office when they could of kindly asked me to remove my own property. I was eating my breakfast that morning until a member of staff stormed over aggressive and continously called me a rude word. There was other customers with there children present, so with that I didn't entertain it. Furthermore, when I tried to leave the establishment she tried locking the doors so I couldn't leave that's how threatened she felt by me!!! I went through the emergency exit. This issue stemed from the incident with her daughter who stole my takeaway 2 months prior where that situation was resolved. My council has paid travelodge 20,000 for me to reside here they are using people homeless circumstances to treat them how they feel. I felt uncomfortable staying here for a long time, there was also issues of cleaning my room sometimes I would have to do myself although which this service is paid for, won't allow customers to use cutlery and plates/bowls that was an issue, and when I had parcel delivered a staff member would act that she don't know what I'm talking about. I would avoid this place the customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional and there management is just as poor she said I know who her people are when I approached her with these issues. Also the member of staff have used instagram to try and contact myself and someone I know. I've also approached head office about this but they seem to condone this behaviour from members of staff, so I would suggest you could potentially be in danger and I wouldn't feel safe to stay here as there is no duty to the public. If I could give minus stars I would that's how strongly I feel about this. I would stay in premier inn instead they treat there customers with respect, always friendly with people also knock my door to see if I need the room cleaning or need towels etc. Don't question who's on my booking aslong as it don't exceed the amount of people that can stay in the room. Allow me to use cutlery and plates and there establishment is more professional and clean. TRAVELODGE are an embarrassment!!!!!"

"If you need wifi for your stay, please ensure you don't come to this guest inn. Rooms are neat and worth the price but no complimentary breakfast, I am not sure they have a gym, certainly no swimming pool, and no spa. The Ac has no control.If you come on a Friday, smoke will choke you off at the entrance, but inside is free of the smell of smoke. Sincerely I won't recommend this hotel to anyone with a serious assignment."
