"I heard about Newbie and Me Baby Store through a family friend and as a first time parent I couldn’t be more pleased with coming to the store. I was served by Bobby and although we watched so many videos online and thought we knew so much about the pram…Bobby explained so much more and really gave us examples of where we could use certain features and what would come in handy. He was really patient and so easy to talk to. In the time we were there, I saw so many customers who had appointments booked and they all appeared to have the best service. Everyone seemed to have a great grasp on product knowledge and made it look and feel effortless. They asked my wife if she needed a seat or some water. There are little acts of kindness like this which sets independent businesses apart from the Main Street stores such as John Lewis Etc. I’d highly recommend the store and can’t imagine the other branches failing to deliver any less quality of service than what we received today."
