I can honestly say the difference in her wellbeing really is dramatic, she is like a different child and we feel massively relieved as a family after a horribly stressful time. The waiting times are excellent given the current climate and the staff are lovely. I honestly can't thank my child's counsellor enough. This is an excellent local service and really so needed at the moment."

"Been on the waiting list for a while. Received a call last week but missed it. I called back and a receptionist answered. I said I received a call yesterday and she said ‘okay and who are you’ I said excuse me. She chuckled and said well I don’t know who you are. Firstly there are many ways to ask who I am as simple as ‘who’s speaking’ secondly considering the service the company provides you’d think they would be more considerate about how they speak to people. I still have not received a call back and honestly wouldn’t want to be a part of their therapy after that interaction."

"Terrible awful service, I cannot stress how passive aggressive staff can be when you dare to raise a legitimate complaint about concerns I had with the service, I am now escalating my complaint after being threatened with legal action if I say something they don’t like?! How can anyone trust to send their children here? When it is being managed in such a hostile, rude, threatening way?"
