"From my first visit I had a warm welcome, made to feel at ease. Vaughn is lovely friendly with a Calm personality. The clinic is decorated to a very high standard, felt very safe with Covid still lurking. Fresh filtered water or hot drink was available. Tracy listened to my concerns, and gave me advice, showing me the procedures, I obviously asked lots of questions, which Tracey answered until I was happy with the route I decided to taken.
