"I would not recommend using this company or staying in this flat. The women running the company has no idea on how to be professional or give good customer service. Our bathroom was black and mouldy! We wanted a double bed for our romantic trip away and got two uneven beds pushed together with a head board that wasn't even connected. The fridge and freezer were smashed in. The flat was filthy. No hot water. Cobwebs hanging from the lighting. Awful."
