"I want to cancel my insurance with complete cover group. I have been calling for two days, each for 2 hours to be placed on hold, until the call drops. Avoid this insurance if you value your time. Any requests you might have (literally any questions) they will not be answered by any means. Avoid avoid avoid"

"WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER. REFUSE TO PAY ME BACK £550 ( ONLY 1 MONTHS INSURANCE BTW ) WHICH WAS STILL TAKEN OUT MY ACCOUNT FOR THE NEXT MONTH AFTER CANCELLING MY INSURANCE THE PREVIOUS MONTH, HAVE BEEN ON THE PHONE COUNTLESS TIMES, BEING TOLD LIES EVERYTIME, GETTING PASSED ON TO OTHER DEPARTMENTS, ALSO CHARGED ME EXTRA £40 A WEEK LATER AFTER THE PAYMENT WAS MEANT TO COME IN WHICH THEY SAID THEY HAVEN'T RECEIVED ( IT JUST GETS BETTER WITH THIS LOT ) . ALWAYS QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT PAY REFUNDS!!!!!!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I OR ANYONE I KNOW OR DO BUSINESS WITH WILL NEVER USE THIS AWFUL INSURANCE COMPANY. 2 months later they are still taking payments of £512 each month. And the bank are saying because of the payment type they can't do anything about it. Pls guys avoid this company. They have charged me for an extra 2 months insurance after cancelling. , Losing out on over £1000. Continue to steal from me and have ruined my future insurance quotes. Worst mistake of my life"

"Contacted several times in regards to a competitive quote for one of my businesses after coming out on top for GoCompare, unable to amend incorrectly input address on the policy which I wanted to sort prior to taking the policy, said I'd be contacted later that day. No call, apparently a staff member left, but not the same staff member that spoke to me as it turns out I was speaking to him again. Had to renew with my previous insurer as I got no call back at the estimated time and no answer calling them. Wish I'd read the reviews before wasting my time in honesty."

"This is worse insure company of all time in history. Besides the fact of being in conjunction with insure your motor, close bother, etc etc who knows at this point but one of the is the insurance company and I’m guessing the other is insurance broker both unprofessional, unhelpful, customer service reps not knowledgable about anything weather it’s about policy and or anything noted that was put on there system on policy holders behalf. On top of that they like to blame each other for each other’s mistakes. It’s like ring around the rosy with the way they’ve had me going in circles. I had a claim which they sent out the most racist solicitor to represent me which I ended up loosing the case, which I’m spending money to fight at the moment and with gas and electric going up who has time for that. Waiting time on the phone is ridiculous have been on the for with them for two hours which is unacceptable when your cooking for your kids and or working. What ever you do don’t buy a policy which ever policy with any of the companies I have include."
