"One of the worst GP Practice I have ever seen ! Total waste of time and energy! Very long waiting time over the phone when you call them. The doctor never calls you on time even if it pre-booked appointment and they want you to be on time otherwise you are not allowed to see them. A bad experience is ongoing for many years."

"As a family we recently joined the surgery about a year ago, the phone lines are always busy and you'll never get through at anytime. I always have to find a way and time to travel to visit the surgery to make a appointment, lately we have made appointments to have travel vaccination and as we know under the NHS is free of charge, unfortunately the reception and management charged us and on requesting for a receipt did not provide us which shows their honesty."
