"I'm a very impatient runner who's had a really bad ankle sprain which has been very slow to heal despite numerous physio sessions. After being frustrated with the slow progress I was making, I visited Jilian to see if acupuncture would help. On the initial consultation, where we discussed the injury in detail, she was very confident it would. After the first session, which included 30 mins of acupuncture and a deep massage on my foot, I could feel an immediate difference in my ankle mobility and significant reduction in the pain I was feeling. This improvement continued to progress noticeably after another four sessions and I'm now in a position where I'm very close to being able to run again - something that did not feel possible less than two weeks ago. If you're an injured runner or athlete, I'd highly recommend visiting Jilian - it's certainly made a difference to me!"
