"The nurse this morning was quite abrupt. My appointment was at 9:50, I turned slightly late because my taxi was delayed that I booked the night before, I turned up at 9:55am, even though I was 5 min the nurse taking bloods said when people don’t show she takes her breaks, she saw me turn up and took a 20 min break. So I could’ve gone in at 9:55 or 10:00 she kept me waiting until 10:20. Which was frustrating. I then sat down and handed her the form, she said I thiugh it and a used me of being abusive but I wasn’t I have balancing problems so I needed to sit down."

"In the past, they where pretty good... now avoid if you can if you do not want to play with your health. since pandemic you had to play hunger games to get appointment not only for adults but even for babies. now that they enabled again the appointments from the app, tried to book a telephone appointment , they called me after 1h of the appointment, where I didnt manage to pick it up and instead of retrying after a bit , they told me to rebook it , where the first available is after 1 week.."

"Waited to hand in a sample in-person, got sent back to the queue because the receptionist said she was busy even though I only had to hand in the bag no conversation needed. Fifteen minutes later, same receptionist called me over whilst scoffing a snack, very unprofessional and unhygienic in a GP surgery especially in front of patients and whilst handling samples."

"Absolutely awful practice. Impossible to ever get appointments. The line often hangs up after you've been in the queue for a while and when you call back they're all gone and you have to go through the whole 30 mins waiting process again when calling back at lunchtime. You often don't get the follow-ups you've been told to expect. Being ill or having medical issues fills me with anxiety because I know how impossible it will be to get support from the GP. Online system for appointments also doesn't quite work."

"Been at this surgery for 24 years, always been cared for well. Highly recommend Dr Singh and Dr Millwater they dealt with my mental health issues for years incredibly well with lots of compassion. All the doctors I’ve experienced have been great (recently saw Dr Gyeke and Dr Mcgurk for a repeat issue and they were excellent) Yes the NHS is frustrating at times but these are all highly trained, personable doctors who genuinely care about doing their job well."
