"Just want to say that I have called a couple of times now; as a new patient to update details, to book an appointment and today to reschedule one. I thought the receptionists each time were lovely , which is refreshing for a GP practice!"

"Kill me now. The receptionists are great 5 stars. Doctors are just a nuisance pretend to understand CT scans. Say they don’t have medical records how do they know things from 2003 then. I know what I need just give me the referrals for Bupa that I’ve been advised to get and don’t waste my time. I know more about my conditions than they do. I prefer to pay for my treatment the only reason I need to go is for referral letters. Going to use Babylon in future."

"I had a lovely experience with a nurse when she was doing some checks with me, but other than that, I`m never able to get through on the phone. Multiple times I ended up filling out the online form and then get a confirmation that a doctor will call me,but the doctor never calls."
