Reviews
"Disgusting hospital, disgusting waiting times, I left after 8.5 hrs of waiting to be seen. still not seen. Rude carless receptionists, no order in there all piled up in the one waiting area and some people bringing the whole family down there so patients who need to sit down can’t. Toilets disgusting, rubbish everywhere where your be dead before u get seen it here. Drs & nurses just floating around"
"The receptionist there is so rude, even the nurses don’t talk to you that well. For the blood test, it was the most painful one and I got all bruised. I left without getting any further treatment done. It was very dirty (felt like no body cleaned it ever). They don’t allow your partner with you. Don’t even force people to wear face masks especially during this critical times. I would rather go to far away A&E or urgent care unit than this one"
"The worst hospital in uk specifically urgent care centre. The security guards and receptionist were so rude and unprofessional . They are not allowing any people to accompany with the patient as I visited in an emergency and i was been told not to go hospital alone by 111 team. My wife are pregnant but still she accompany me as been referred. But to me securities guard are not allowing my partner to accompany with me i have fractured hand and they asked her to wait outside the hospital in cold and rain. I requested to allow at-least to sit near the entrance of the hospital which is waiting area which was empty. She waited 4 hrs till than no one see me and some patients was accompanied by their family members but to me they was saying hospital rule and covid rule but those staffs were not wearing mask or no social distance. Worst hospital in the world."
"Excellent care received following a head injury sustained at home. 17 stitches, paracetamol, kept under observation 48 hrs. Fed, watered, nursed. Very busy hospital with huge demands on the A&E. Thank you to all the staff there, I am truly grateful to everyone"
"The worst urgent care hospital I have ever been in my life. I lived in other 4 countries before the UK, I even broke my ankle in China once, but urgencies like these never saw. I entered at around 19:00. My wife had to stay outside, no place to seat, cold, later raining and then night. I had to force her to go home after 2h waiting for me outside in poor conditions. Later I realize that some people where with a company, others with more than one. Nurses very, very cold, however some not so bad. I understand that they might be protecting themselves, I also believe that they are not happy with the situation either. After 3h and an half waiting, the receptionist was warning people that we should expect 6h to see a doctor. I was Ill, with pain in the body, feeling cold and feeling very uncomfortable. I decided to leave the hospital. To suffer I would rather suffer at home. At around 4 o’clock in the morning I got two calls, which I believe were from the hospital. If I had stay, from 19h to 4h in the next day would be around 9h wait. I had to search for alternatives to solve my health issue, which was severe. Obviously my evaluation is heavily influenced by the waiting time."
