"The lack of effort shown by the receptionist staff was very poor. I arrived at front desk, no effort in greeting or even acknowledging my arrival. Approached a member of the receptionist and didn’t receive any eye contact then went over to another desk and they had no idea who my appointment was with or even tried to let my heath visitor know I arrived instead told me to sit at reception. I arrived at 11am for my 11.10am appointment, sat for 20 mins hoping they’ve let someone know I’m at reception. But no they didn’t! So I made a call to the text I received the day before my appointment only to find out that my health visitor had no idea I was waiting since 11am. Seriously, the receptionist is the face of the company. These guys are giving Appleby a very terrible name. Me and my husband have decided not come to my daughter 2nd year health appointment due to the lack of rudeness we had received. Disgusting."

"Just had a blood sample taken I dont think he knows what he's doing he tried both arms first time on side of my arm for some strange reason Then my other arm I donate regularly so pretty much know what happens I think re training is on order The centre is nice clean and spacious"

"I had an appointment today (29/12/22) around 10am in the morning and a bit late than my schedule time so called them on my way . The men was kind enough to assure me that he will let the blood test team know about my lateness . Their service was excellent. My blood was taken by a gentleman at bay 2. He was very kind and caring while taking my blood. He tried his best to keep me calm and relax as I was little scared of nidle and struggle to find my veins. Such a good start of the day!"

"Was here briefly with partner but the place was pretty easy to find, easy to get to via car, bus and DLR (Royal Victoria) Service was pretty good, everyone was friendly, nothing bad really. Place looked maintained, so clean and tidy. There was a good amount of seating and different variety of seats too. All in all, good experience."
