"I've attended this place a few times, each time my appointment has run over from the booking time, if it's at 3 pm? I'll be seen at 3:30. Normally, I wouldn't care, yet I was 15 minutes late and got turned away, even thought i called and informed them, they also said to turn up as 15minutes shouldnt be a problem, losing a days money, having to book time off again. Fine, I have done this. Now I have booked another appointment for a Friday 2 month later to receive a phone call saying my dentist no longer works Fridays, now I have to change my booking date to the week after to which I am on-call rota, not only now I have to find a replacement for my on call I also have to change the booked day which has been cemented in, I've been at this job a month and now look foolish due to the actions of this dentistry. To top off the tooth has deteriorated and is in pain, I'm sure it now can not be saved and will need to be pulled, but I'm no dentist. They also can not have the other dentist who does work Fridays to do the work unless I book another appointment to have my teeth looked at again, so I would have to book 2 days off probably another 1-2 months apart. The staff at the front desk are great might! Nice and understanding, might I add."
