"Never book a blood test here. Due to traffic I was 10 minutes late and by then (even though it wasn’t closing time yet) i was told that the phlebotomist had clocked out so now I have to wait another month just for a blood test. I had even called the practice 5 times to inform them I was going to be late but NO ONE responded. Moreover, the receptionist who told me I was late was being so pretentious and rude about it like it was my fault the phlebotomist clocked out early. For Gods sake it’s a blood test it’ll take 5 minutes, it’s not my fault your “doctors” clock out early. So unprofessional… it’s disgusting."

"Appalling & Embarrassing, I had a blood test appointment today 10th Oct at 15.55. I asked the receptionist where to go and she said “ they are closed , they go at 4 o’clock, I replied “ but its not 4oclock yet, and I have an appointment at 15.55.” She then said “ they sometimes go early”…….How unprofessional and embarrassing."
