Reviews
"Once you're actually there, the clinicians are great. But getting an appointment is ridiculous. They don't answer the phone, their ringback service does not ring you back and they ignore emails."
"I have been going here for several years now for different health situations and my overall experience has been fine. However over the course of the past 10 months the front desk has gotten worse, appt that were scheduled but not actually scheduled, never responding to emails, never answering the phone, 20 minutes or longer on hold to schedule appointments, having to physically walk in just to get a repeat perscription. I have now finally decided to jog on as this place is not worth the headache when there are plenty of other more than completely adequete places in and around London."
"I went there with a bruised foot. They told me it may be fractured and it's an "emergency" and referred me to the A&E department of a nearby NHS hospital. The NHS hospital didn't see any urgency in treating me as they had way more serious things to deal with than a bruised foot. I waited there 5 hours to get an xray. The doctor at the NHS hospital laughed at me for the Bupa referral, wondered why a private provider can't do an x-ray and encouraged me to get my premium back from Bupa. I am wondering the same."
"Review for Rhohit Dillon - he is a very good osteopath therapist. I suffer from sciatica for months and suppose to have injection on my spine. Since i had few session with Rhohit Dillon i do not require the spine injection and i feel a-lot better now."
"I've been here today for a health assessment. Spotless experience! The facilities are great and so is the team - from receptionists to nurses and doctors. Chloe Delahunty was adorable and showed a lot of skill getting my blood samples, which typically leave me with bruises. Not today! (: Caio Bettini was the best doctor I engaged with so far here in the UK - personable, articulated, respectful and super skilled. Lindsay Batty-Smith made my mammography feel like a walk in the park - while we discussed sailing, foreign policy, future farming and BBC Four's podcast on all British Prime Ministers! "
