"DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. Website falsely advertised PCR test results would take 48-72 hours and my partner paid £50 deposit to book the test. But when she arrived at the clinic she was told test results would only arrive in 5 - 7 DAYS. They only just updated the website to say 5-7 days but they did not inform her of the change. At least a nurse advised her not to take the test as it would not arrive in time for her flight or we would have wasted another £150 (As well as flight tickets). She was not refunded the £50 booking charge either, so the whole experience with CityDoc was a waste of time and money."
