"I had an appointment today (7th November) for 7:20pm. The member of staff asked me if I had any exposure to the sun recently and I told her that I had a sunbed a week and a half ago. She advised me that I need to wait 3 weeks after sun exposure before I am able to receive a laser hair removal treatment as my skin is sensitive at the moment which may result in skin burns from the laser. She therefore had to cancel my appointment and reschedule it for tomorrow (8th November). I found this very concerning and unprofessional because I can’t get my treatment done today because I can get skin burns but tomorrow is fine?"
