"Terrible service. The girl I spoke to had a bad attitude. I didn’t continue the call. I’d rather succumb to my problems than speak to them again. It’s not the first time they’ve been unhelpful so I haven’t been in a while. God knows what other ailments I have but I’d rather not deal with this surgery again."

"Impossible to get an appointment. Call early and you just get an engaged tone before being cut off. Call later and after waiting in a queue they tell you there are no appointments left and you should call earlier. They then claim they have no record of your earlier calls. Not sure if they're lying or there's just something wrong with their phone system but either way the practice is a disgrace."

One of the LAZY female receptionist didn't even bother to help me when I went in for help, just gave me a website link and basicly without any words told me to figure it out myself (re-registering) SMH. I was thinking to myself if the African lady doesn't like her job that much, then she should not work their at all. KMT"

"I’m absolutely disgusted! I need some blood test which I tried to book online, I got a message saying to go to a presencial appointment, took the afternoon off work to go to the appointment, to do my check in, been asked to sit to be told that I was not going to be seen and I was send home! Why wasn’t I warned via phone instead of wasting my time and half a day of work? Not happy with this at all!"
