"The very young sounding receptionist has a very soft quiet voice. I had trouble hearing her on telephone. She also had to put me on hold for a long time to ask someone else what to do. Call costs me money. Not a free number"

If you get past the horrible receptionists,then good luck with the doctors. I've lived under this practice for many years ,and this is the worst I've seen."

"I moved and joined The Grove Road Practice. I was there for two weeks before I ended up having to leave as the service was appalling. I’ve had a completely different experience with Belmont already.
