"Had my back done on the chair the lady was fine,but omg the Doctor was so rude to another customer telling him he had to pay to ask a question as she is a Doctor and it’s not free. I understand that but he only wanted to ask about the chair price and if he could have it done. It’s not the first time I’ve heard the Doctor done this."

"I would like to divide my review in two parts.... The treatment was excellent done by male Dr (acupuncture)and the massage was by young lady. Dr Shu was not honest about the cost of the treatment. She was at some point rude, dishonest and told me that I have phychological issue when I confronted her about the cost of my treatment. Her website was advertising that if you byt 10 treatments you would get 3 treatments for free...she never gave those 3 treatments for free. She should be reported to a financial ombudsman"

"Was OK - as others as said quite pushy in trying to get you to pay for follow up sessions and extras. I must've said 'no' about 10 times. Also the £25 for half an hr offer is slightly misleading. That's just for the massage, you are then charged extra for acupuncture."

"I loved my massage the gentlman is so polite in reception, all staff so kind very polite i have been before and now every 15 days i go, to treat my self and always been very well receive. I was in such a pain from my sciatica horrible and in just 30m she made feel so much better. Massage helped me with circulation and all my body have improved so much. Thank you Shu Jun HC"

"The lady working as a receptionist was very rude and unprofessional with her behaviour. She was trying to con me with the price and overcharging me for the service. I had an argument for 20 minutes after the massage. Dr Zhang was very helpful, he has immaculate knowledge and knew what the problem was, but he was struggling to speak in English. After delivering good service for acupuncture and massage, the lady did not want to give me a good price and tried to argue that treatwell does not have the relevant offer for the services. However, I managed to speak to the manager who had to intervene and make a settlement."
