"I would like to thank Dr Alosert and his technicians. I arrived at the surgery feeling nervous and a little apprehensive. Dr Alosert soon made me feel comfortable by explaining how the day was going to proceed and discussing the pre and post surgery information. The surgery it self is very clean and all staff were very professional. I’m on day 3 of recovery and apart from some swelling it’s all going well. The surgery rang me on Day 2 to check-in with how I was feeling and if I had any problems to give them a call, which I thought was comforting and reassuring. Overall I would highly recommend Dr Alosert and his team."

"Ariving there i didn't know what to expect, so was a little nervous walking in. After spending a day having my hair surgery done by the very experienced surgeon Dr Alosert and his amazing team, I can honestly say the experience was incredible. Every single member of staff from receptionist to surgeon were incredibly respectful, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and really likeable and pleasant to be around, which really made me feel at ease with the whole procedure. I'm on day 3 post surgery now and I just had a call from the clinic to check I was doing ok, and the kind lady said if there was anything I needed to know or was worried about I should feel free to call her. Very impressed with the whole experience."
