"Horrible customer service. After doing multiple sessions of laser hair removal. I still had hair growing back IN NO TIME and wanted to follow up with the very "professional" laser technician, Marwa. And even ask to shift our next session to an earlier date due to the unexpected hair growth. And she completely ignored me, not answering phone calls nor messages and just disappeared. This is the way of treating a client who comes in paying a fortune for such a service. They completely ignore you and leave you hanging like that. Horrible. Wouldn't recommend AT ALL."
