The online booking works well and a couple of times the receptionists have been extremely helpful when I could not get an online appointment. Throughout Covid doctors and nurses were supportive either by phone or in person and this is only getting better. We are very lucky to have such an efficient and caring local practice."

"One of the receptionists has unique ability to be rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Shocking. Its a simple job to give people that need the appointment the APPOINTMENT! This surgery is Shocking the people that own it need to review all the Shocking staff. I'd rather sit in the dentist and talk with them and that's saying something."
